Please note that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get your order shipped out quickly and efficiently.
Orders specified as ‘expedited shipping’ are not applicable for change or cancellation after completing the checkout process. Standard shipping orders may be applicable for change or cancellation in certain circumstances. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to determine if your order request can be accommodated.
In some cases, a restocking fee of $5 may apply for cancellations.

Non-deliverable packages due to incorrect address or shipping misinformation are considered ‘lost goods’. We are afraid that we cannot offer a refund or cancellation in these circumstances.
If the item was undelivered due to carrier issues, we will ship out another order to you at the earliest.
Customers refusal to pay duties and customs on their orders results in ‘abandoned packages’. We are afraid that we cannot offer a refund or cancellation in these circumstances. Please note that all customs and duties are to be covered by the customer and vary depending on the destination country.
