A message from our founder about COVID-19
As-salamu Alaykum Brothers & Sisters,
As we all feel the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, our prayers and dua’s are with all of you in Canada, United States, and around the world. I pray that Allah SWT gives you good health, safety, well-being, and sabr (patience) during these difficult times.
The MuslimMoon is an online business and right now, we will remain operational and are focused on continuing to serve our communities in this time of need, while also being part of the solution. The health and safety of you and your family is our top priority. With that in mind, I want to reach out to you directly to let you know that we are taking several additional safety measures when processing your online orders:
- All our products and packaging are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before shipment
- We have increased the cleaning and sanitization of our facilities
- Our team is very small and all working remotely but still, anyone who has symptoms is asked to stop working until fully recovered
- All employees are asked to frequently wash their hands and make use of sanitizers before handling any of our products
In addition, we are also working with some of our partner charitable organizations to significantly increase our contribution back to those communities that are most in need during these difficult times. You have my commitment that we here at The MuslimMoon are doing the best that we can to support you and your community, while at the same time, doing our part to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
