Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Natasha founded The MuslimMoon in 2017 by bringing together her creative flair and intersecting it with her wealth of corporate experience of having assisted hundreds of entrepreneurs and SMEs over the years.
Prior to The MuslimMoon, Natasha’s professional career has spanned almost a decade working as an Economist within Research, Strategy & Policy.
Natasha began her career in 2003 working on Emiratization strategies for the UAE Minister of Labour. She also led various economic agendas for the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Dubai Department of Economic Development. One of these agendas is notably her founding and creating “The Dubai SME One Hundred”, a business ranking and support platform for Dubai based SMEs.
Outside of government, Natasha has worked for publicly listed giants in real estate and automotive as well. At ALDAR in Abu Dhabi she worked on strategy and revenue models for ground-breaking iconic projects such as Al Raha Beach and Yas Island residential development, Abu Dhabi’s Formula 1 Racecourse and Marina, and the Ferrari World Theme Park. Adding to that, she briefly served as the Corporate Affairs and Strategy Manager for Nissan Automotive’s Middle East Office before migrating to Canada in January 2014.
Natasha graduated with Honours from Eastern Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and with Honours from Southern Methodist University with a master’s degree in Applied Economics.
She enjoys yoga, circuit training, swimming, tennis and painting – all within a tiny little window she gets away from her entrepreneurial, motherhood and housekeeping responsibilities.
Adil Ikram
Chief Operating Officer
Adil is responsible for developing and executing the long-term plans and initiatives required for The MuslimMoon to scale and achieve its strategic and financial objectives.
Adil brings nearly 20 years of long-range strategy and healthcare industry experience. Most recently at The DNA Company he oversaw the growth and operational efficiency of a breakthrough fledgling bio-genetics company.
He graduated with Distinction from the University of Manchester (UK) and holds a First Class Honours Degree in Pharmacy. He practised as a licensed healthcare professional with a number of companies across the United Kingdom and eventually settled down in his senior role as a Territory Manager for United Norwest Co-op - The Group, operated a diverse family of retail businesses including food retail and wholesale; pharmacies, financial services; insurance services with an excess of 4,200 locations.
In 2001 Rexall Drug Stores recruited him from over 350 candidates after an extensive pharmacist global recruitment drive and acknowledging his experience and focus driven approach to business development.
Since coming to Canada his diverse career has spanned the pharmaceutical industry at AstraZeneca, Health and Benefits management for Ford Canada at Express Scripts and he served as a Pharmacy Operations Manager overseeing the business development and professional growth of over 2000 employees and 180 pharmacies across the province for Canada’s largest retail pharmacy chain, Shoppers Drug Mart.
Throughout his career he has developed extensive expertise in understanding global business development, accelerating strategic growth, driving company transformation and re-design and empowering employee engagement. Ultimately this experience and the love of his faith was the driving force behind his acquisition by The MuslimMoon.
Outside of his professional life, Adil’s passions can be summarized in one word: GOLF!

Yasser Mirza
Corporate Advisor
Yasser is a corporate advisor to The MuslimMoon. He advises the team on all aspects of the business from strategy, to marketing, finances, operations, and even getting his hands dirty by packing some products once in a while!
Yasser is a proven and results-oriented leader with over 15 years of experience as a product manager in the connected car and mobile device industries. He specializes in defining and delivering innovative products that maximize value for both the business and the customer. He has a history of bringing products to market that are “industry disruptors.” While at BlackBerry, he launched iconic products such as the BlackBerry Z10 and the BlackBerry Storm2. At GM he oversees the transformation of in-vehicle infotainment by bringing new connected services and products such as The GM Marketplace, the automotive industry’s first in-car commerce platform.
Yasser graduated with Honours from the University of Toronto and holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science and Engineering, and a master’s degree in Business Administration. His wealth of experience in bringing products to market from cradle to grave serve as a sounding board to all aspects of The MuslimMoon’s strategy and growth.

Humza Mirza
Sales and Outreach Manager
Humza began working at The MuslimMoon in 2018 at the young age of 18. He assists the company in the aspect of Sales and scaling to new clients. He gained his experience for sales and gaining clientele by running his own successful painting business. He is currently pursuing a business degree at the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor. It was through his educational pursuits he found a passion for aiding and consulting businesses around the city of Windsor through the Enterprise Program. He has an interest in entrepreneurship and working with start-ups. When he’s not working, he is a huge Toronto Raptors fan and labels himself as a chicken wing connoisseur.
